We're not your ordinary fitness service provider, over ten years of Personal Training experience has allowed us to specialise and focus on helping those who are in need of rehabilitation for a current injury, along with clients who have stopped exercising due to long term chronic problems. 

Our methods of working are suitable for clients of all abilities, the initial evaluation that we take all clients through assesses posture, strength, flexibility, mobility and movement quality. This information allows us to create a highly effective individualised plan.

We initially focus your sessions around discrepancies raised in the evaluation, at this stage clients typically notice an improvement when performing daily activities with less associated pain. From there we progress our client to more advanced training methods and further away from rehabilitation programming.

Sports massage

Our Therapy services include Sports Massage Therapy, for those requiring monthly maintenance, along with Injury Rehabilitation for both acute and chronic problems.

Initially, we take each client through a full assessment to determine any potential cause of injury, being hands-on, moving joints and assessing natural moving patterns allows us to extract real-time information about the joint quality and supporting tissues.

We then work with the client to fix any issues using a range of hands-on techniques, exercise plans and using a range of equipment to accelerate the process.

Injury Rehabilitation

Injury rehabilitation

Our Injury Rehabilitation service gets you back exercising as quickly and safely as possible.

Depending on how far along with your recovery you are, we use a range of services with the aim of moving you further along each session. Massage, Exercise, and Education are used to create your specific rehabilitation plan, in most cases helping you become fitter and stronger than you were pre-injury.  

Remember, its not just sport-related injuries that need rehabilitation. Our rehabilitation plan can also help rectify occupational posture imbalances causing symptoms including headaches, neck pain, and tiredness.
